wah lau eh。。年纪轻轻（二十几岁尚算年轻吧。。）不知为何。。右脚竟然有风湿痛。。从傍晚雨停后就开始酸痛到现在。。无法入眠。。唯有写部落格发牢骚。。真是的。。
以前陆陆续续偶尔都会有几次风湿痛。。可是不是很明显。。只是感觉酸酸的。。无法搔到痒处。。让人很不自在。。可是现在却非常明显。。而酸痛得睡不着觉。。把脚包着。。也不是。。盖着也不是。。搓会比较舒服些。。可却无法持续搓。。。搓完。。还是一样会酸痛。。。
我还好啦。。发发牢骚而已。。如不发牢骚。。我会把脚也给砍了下来的（开玩笑的啦。。）。。。
啊啊啊啊。。凌晨5点22分而已。。脚还会痛多久呢。。。

hello 'old man', go to pharmacy and buy one 'counterpain' which atheletes always use for relieve muscle aches. tell me if u can't get it there so that i can mail it to you, alright?
another way is to use any kind of 'hong yu' to rub-temporary-lah!
sleep is very important if not next time when i see u, u b 'kedut' already. ha! ha! old boy.. wah lau

以前常因为过度运动而脚酸痛，其实可以试试把叫放在高处，让血液倒流，慢慢就能睡着的了...应该能吧？哈哈。
do take good care of yourself.. try not to shower so late at nite again..
